What you will do

• Extract and consolidate information from existing technical and quality documents based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate communication with customers to ensure timely data aggregation and submission.
• Prepare data sheets for instrument components, collecting and validating relevant technical parameters.
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain and organize required documentation such as certificates of compliance, material reports, and calibration reports.
• Manage the archiving, uploading, and general processing of technical files.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery, or Fluid Machinery.
• 1–2 years of experience in process industrial control systems, pneumatic, or hydraulic system design.
• Proficiency in CAD software including Solid Edge, Teamcenter (TC), and PDM systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• English: Good written communication skills required
• Chinese: Strong verbal and written communication skills required
