What you will do

• Lead root cause identification and implement effective corrective and preventive methods.
• Facilitate the creation of control plans, process flows, and Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) for new product development.
• Perform audits of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze failure reports and measurement statistics to recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and Product Management to improve overall product quality.
• Manage the transition of product releases into manufacturing quality support roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering (or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to meet physical demands: heavy lifting (over 50 lbs), frequent standing, kneeling, climbing, and bending.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design special tooling and assess new manufacturing technologies.
