What you will do

• Own technical performance and standards for Mixing process in Asia-Pacific, covering capacity, quality, safety, stability, and manufacturability across equipment lifecycle.
• Lead Mixing process technical scope in capital projects, including requirements definition, technical reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Automation teams for successful project execution and start-up.
• Assess and qualify Mixing equipment suppliers, including new or alternative sources, while supporting Best Cost Capital (BCC) and value engineering.
• Provide Tier-2/Tier-3 technical support for complex Mixing issues across AP plants, including root-cause analysis and best practices replication.
• Act as regional interface with Global Process Engineering for Mixing domain alignment and provide secondary coverage for adjacent processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience working with equipment suppliers, including technical evaluation, qualification, or value engineering.
• Experience providing technical support in manufacturing or multi-plant environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mixing process principles, equipment design, and performance drivers (preferred).
• Ability to evaluate technical solutions with engineering judgment on performance, risk, and reliability.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
