What you will do

• Conduct independent seal and equipment evaluations on-site at customer facilities to ensure partnership agreement compliance.
• Analyze customer applications and submit specific recommendations for MTBR improvement.
• Direct the installation and commissioning of mechanical seals and their auxiliary support systems.
• Collect and evaluate customer data, reporting results through reliability management software such as ServiceMax.
• Provide technical training and counseling to customer maintenance and operations personnel.
• Collaborate with account managers and regional engineers to support the Management of Change process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (High school diploma required).
• Experience with mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and basic engineering principles.
• Experience in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, SMED, or Lean.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and machining practices.
• Effective written and verbal business communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel as required.
