What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams on new business opportunities, product application, configuration, design solutions, tooling, and cost estimates.
• Execute engineering release processes including requirements management, product configuration, test protocols, technical documentation, and contract reviews.
• Interact with customers to resolve part configuration, change management, and implementation throughout the product life cycle.
• Review and check engineering calculations, design models, drawings, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and represent the company on industry committees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years related experience or equivalent.
• Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear; lift up to 25 pounds; close vision and focus.
• Coachable, goal-oriented, self-starter, excels independently or collaboratively.
