What you will do

• Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects across Marshall and Pryor manufacturing sites.
• Build and present business cases to justify investments and forecast capital needs.
• Manage project schedules, resources, documentation, and multiple concurrent projects including submittals and change orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for procurement, scheduling, field reporting, and safety documentation.
• Track progress, communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership, and support project closeout.
• Participate in conceptual engineering, opportunity evaluation, alternative analysis, and technical troubleshooting during installation and operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects from concept through execution.
• Strong communication skills to present technical information clearly.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal skills, organization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
