What you will do

• Plan, organize, and coordinate process and mechanical engineering projects throughout design and construction phases.
• Conduct construction document reviews and oversee project startup.
• Develop and review calculations and specifications for Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Design mechanical systems and equipment.
• Generate and verify the accuracy of design evaluation calculations.
• Utilize computer-aided drafting applications for engineering design.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design, estimating, and specification preparation (nuclear experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of federal (DOE), state, and local mechanical engineering codes and standards.
• US citizenship is required due to government contract and clearance requirements.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred.
