What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and secure distributed systems.
• Define and implement best practices for system performance and reliability.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and participate in critical architecture decisions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize data models, and implement caching strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Golang and/or Python.
• Experience with distributed systems, REST or GraphQL APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL databases, Redis, and messaging systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience working with high-traffic systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards.
