What you will do

• Architect and implement scalable backend microservices for Payments, Disbursements, or GRC squads.
• Develop secure systems for fund collection and optimize transaction processing.
• Design robust services to ensure secure and timely disbursement of funds to beneficiaries.
• Enhance user onboarding, KYC, and compliance systems to adhere to regulatory standards.
• Manage infrastructure capable of handling millions of daily requests using GCP and Kubernetes.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proven track record of building and iterating on software in the Fintech domain.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and REST API design.
• Experience with architectural patterns like Hexagonal and Event-Driven Architecture.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) or higher required for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python, Flask/FastAPI, Redis, and SQL.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Knowledge of security protocols, KYC/AML processes, and compliance standards.
