What you will do
- Develop growth-focused TVAD plans (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio, programmatic display) aligned with executive goals.
- Lead senior-stakeholder communications, including QBRs and steering committees.
- Orchestrate large-scale optimization across DSPs, focusing on pacing, frequency control, and brand safety.
- Design and implement high-impact measurement tests (geo-lift, holdouts, A/B testing) to prove combined lift.
- Integrate TVAD strategies with Search, Social, Commerce, and CRM to maximize business impact.
- Mentor junior teammates and codify reusable strategic playbooks.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing TV, video, audio, and display media at scale.
- Hands-on expertise with DSPs, ad-server workflows, and verification tools (IVT/viewability).
- Strong proficiency in measurement frameworks, including incrementality, CAC, and LTV.
- Experience in executive-level storytelling and stakeholder management.
- Must be based in the USA.
- BA/BS degree required.

- YouTube platform experience.
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Relevant platform or verification certifications.
