What you will do

  • Own programmatic display strategy across awareness, consideration, demand programs including video on YouTube and Connected TV.
  • Plan, launch, manage campaigns on DSPs like DV360, Google Ads, with audience strategy and media mix decisions.
  • Execute media buys for trade publications, site selection, sponsorships, high-impact placements.
  • Manage paid media budget: planning, allocation, forecasting, pacing, reallocation based on performance.
  • Develop targeting with first/third-party data, contextual, intent, ABM, retargeting; optimize bids, creative, frequency.
  • Lead negotiations with publishers/vendors; partner with analytics, web, content teams for measurement and attribution.
  • Translate data into insights, manage agencies/vendors, stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years paid media experience with direct budget ownership.
  • Bachelor's in marketing, business or related.
  • Strong DSPs, audience strategies, measurement; Google Ads, ZoomInfo, YouTube expertise.
  • Publisher-direct/trade media buys, keyword/contextual targeting, data insights.
  • Financial/analytical mindset, strategic/executional comfort, B2B/enterprise experience preferred.
  • Clear communication, project management in fast-paced environment.
