Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Lead client management and strategy development for key accounts, building trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee client onboarding and transitions, ensuring alignment with business goals from the start.
• Mentor and develop a team of specialists, fostering innovation, collaboration, and performance.
• Drive business acumen by aligning strategies with financial KPIs and maximizing ROI through data-driven adjustments.
• Innovate in TV, CTV, streaming, audio, display, and OOH advertising, positioning the company as industry thought leader.
• Educate clients on media analytics trends via workshops, presentations, and consultations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in TV, Audio, and Display roles with proven track record of successful campaigns
• Management experience preferred
• Competence with marketing data analysis principles, including A/B testing, incrementality, and statistical significance
• Demonstrated success using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management across clients and teams

Nice to have

• Experience in finance, consulting, or similar industries
• MBA
• SQL experience
