What you will do

• Lead QA function: hire, mentor, manage performance of QA engineers.
• Define company-wide quality strategy for manual and automated testing.
• Design scalable automation frameworks; write/review code for API, integration, UI tests.
• Own test case management, reporting in Qase; build CI automation pipelines.
• Partner with Engineering/Product on acceptance criteria, quality gates; implement risk-based testing.
• Drive metrics, dashboards, incident postmortems; advocate shared quality responsibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years in QA or Software Engineering; 3+ years leading QA teams
• Prior SDET/highly technical QA experience
• Hands-on automation in Playwright/Selenium; build frameworks from scratch
• Test pyramid, CI/CD integration, API/event-driven testing, distributed systems
• Qase for test management; risk-based strategies
• Strong leadership, coaching, fast-paced environment experience

Nice to have

• Contract testing, Kafka/event-driven testing
• Performance/load testing frameworks
• Infrastructure-as-Code, scaling QA in high-growth
• Manual exploratory testing
