TL;DR

What you will do

  • Design and implement end-to-end test strategies to ensure quality across services, APIs, and user workflows.
  • Validate complex backend workflows, including APIs, data flows, and asynchronous processing.
  • Develop, review, and maintain stable automation tests for functional and integration workflows using Python.
  • Execute tests and create detailed defect reports with diagnostic information to support triage.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile environments to drive early quality improvements.
  • Mentor and guide team members in test automation and quality-focused engineering approaches.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in software testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a software-related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Selenium.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control (Gitlab/Bitbucket), and defect tracking (Jira).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SaaS environments.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
