What you will do

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap, acting as the source of truth for features, releases, and backlog.
• Identify opportunities to improve product line and translate customer needs into structured initiatives with measurable metrics.
• Write product requirements, collaborate with Engineering and UX on scalable solutions, and drive from concept to release.
• Prioritize requests based on business value and constraints, articulating decisions clearly.
• Lead cross-functional syncs with Product Marketing, Integration, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Monitor post-release performance, adoption, and iterate based on data and feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or API-driven platforms.
• Strong ability to translate business problems into structured product solutions.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in technical environments.
• Advanced or fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong prioritization, analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
