What you will do
- Own the growth product roadmap and prioritization, ensuring all initiatives align with measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
- Optimize acquisition surfaces, including landing pages, onboarding flows, and web-to-WhatsApp conversion paths.
- Scale referral programs and viral growth loops to improve usability and incentive logic.
- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) and improve install-to-transaction conversion rates.
- Design and execute rapid A/B testing and experimentation cycles across the entire user funnel.
- Analyze cohort data, user behavior, and attribution signals to derive actionable product insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Growth Product Management or CRO, specifically for B2C consumer funnels.
- Deep analytical rigor with the ability to analyze funnels, cohorts, and user segments.
- Technical fluency in APIs, event tracking, data flows, and product architecture.
- Experience scaling mobile-first transactional products in fintech, marketplaces, or similar high-volume environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data analysts.
Nice to have
- Background in remittances, consumer finance, or high-frequency transactional products.
- Proficiency with SQL-like analysis tools and experimentation platforms.
