What you will do

• Scale and optimize the end-to-end mass hiring funnel in Mexico.
• Manage high volumes of candidate acquisition traffic and improve funnel performance.
• Analyze Candidate Journey (CJM) and Recruiter Journey (EJM) to identify and eliminate drop-off points.
• Optimize acquisition channels by monitoring conversion rates, ROI, and cost per hire.
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and improve key metrics.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and metrics systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product or Growth Manager focused on funnel and performance optimization.
• Strong background in acquisition, traffic management, and conversion mechanics.
• Proven ability to work with high-volume funnels and scalable systems.
• Strong analytical skills for metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.
• English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in mass hiring for operational staff such as couriers or drivers.
• Experience managing paid acquisition or multi-channel funnels.
