What you will do

• Own full product lifecycle for New Bets (TUBP, P2P, future initiatives) from discovery to GTM.
• Run squad cadences, maintain prioritized backlog, and author PRDs for engineering and design.
• Drive growth through discoverability, activation funnels, and quarterly transaction targets.
• Lead P2P GTM strategy including ICP, pricing, launch, and post-launch growth loops.
• Design KPI dashboards, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with other squads for multiproduct consistency and mentor interns on sub-projects.

Requirements

• Proven analytical background in engineering, economics, mathematics, or similar.
• High-agency self-starter with founder mindset and bias for action.
• Fluent in data/metrics, SQL, dashboarding; comfortable with engineering and design.
• Exceptional end-to-end problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong product intuition for mobile/conversational interfaces like WhatsApp UX.
