GDS Script Writer

What you will do

• Write GDS scripts, test, debug, document and deploy new and modified code.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional Statement of Work.
• Handle internal and external inquiries via email or Zendesk, diagnose issues, develop solutions.
• Provide recommendations for optimization of automation features and processes.
• Develop and maintain workflow process maps for scripting.
• Participate in code reviews, monitor processes, provide first-level support to travel technology systems.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of Worldspan and Travelport Plus.
• Knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to work independently, complete deliverables on time with high quality.
• Travel knowledge required.
• Team player with positive attitude and ability to travel for projects or meetings.
