What you will do

• Define operational standards to reduce BAU workload and improve reliability across teams and markets, including leading retrospectives and scalable process refinements.
• Set and track ambitious OKRs, balancing domain and company goals and making trade-offs based on business impact.
• Turn complex operational data into clear recommendations by formulating analytical questions, synthesizing insights, and guiding teammates in accurate interpretation.
• Shape the inventory domain by anticipating how market, product, or supplier changes affect performance and influencing product/tooling decisions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning automation, monitoring, and workflow improvements; communicate outcomes and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Champion AI-first thinking by mapping processes for AI redesign and translating AI capabilities into measurable operational improvements.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, travel technology, or supplier management with increasing scope and cross-functional impact.
• Expert knowledge of inventory systems, GDS, APIs, supplier content flows, and booking infrastructure.
• Strong strategic thinking: connect operational work to business outcomes and make confident trade-offs.
• Experience mentoring others and raising the bar without formal management responsibility.
• Ability to craft clear, data-backed narratives for senior stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs transparently.
• Proven process design expertise: build scalable frameworks and governance models.
