What you will do

• Develop high-quality written content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.
• Ensure all bid content aligns with corporate messaging, branding, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Subject Matter Experts to gather insights for responses.
• Work closely with solution leads to articulate technical value propositions effectively.
• Manage bid timelines and ensure all submissions meet strict deadlines and quality standards.
• Analyze tender outcomes to continuously improve content, processes, and win rates.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Proven experience as a proposition, proposal, or bid writer.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with bid management processes and knowledge management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
