What you will do

  • Collaborate with Manager of Operations to set individual and team performance goals and track metrics.
  • Act as on-site trainer and problem-solver for complex travel scenarios, providing hands-on support.
  • Handle customer calls, monitor service levels, and ensure team compliance.
  • Serve as SME for corporate accounts, partnering on new client programs.
  • Research tools, manage schedules for coverage, and develop team members through coaching and evaluations.
  • Pursue professional growth via certifications, mentorship, and industry training.

Requirements

  • 5 years Travel Account Management experience and 3+ years Supervisory experience
  • Strong understanding of financial travel program drivers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel 30% of time
