What you will do

• Lead and develop the team through coaching, mentoring, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Optimize processes by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities to enhance speed and reliability.
• Collaborate across functions (Finance, Sales, Credit Collection, Dispute, Customer Service) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Support strategic goals with insights and reporting to enable informed decision-making and business growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 3 years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution, Customer Service, Record to Report, or Payments.
• Strong ability to balance execution priorities with team leadership.
• Previous experience working with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Experience with service platforms such as Salesforce and Workday.
• Ability to analyze and visualize data; strong attention to detail and affinity for operational processes.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Finance & Accounting certification from a recognized institution.
