What you will do

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of customer accounts through day-to-day communication and paid online marketing expertise.
  • Partner with customers to refine online marketing strategy and resolve advertiser issues (e.g., scaling budgets, campaign performance, manual work).
  • Take full ownership of growing and managing your book of business and develop vertical expertise (e.g., e-commerce, travel, classified, mobile apps).
  • Maintain strong product and paid social advertising knowledge to solve customer problems and guide product trials.
  • Build and develop relationships with key partners and platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Collaborate with customers, other Customer Success Managers, and product development to keep a quick feedback loop.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid digital advertising experience (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Google, and programmatic).
  • Experience in customer success or another customer-facing role.
  • Ability to address technical challenges and collaborate with technical teams when needed.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Hybrid work: able to work from the Amsterdam office 3 days a week.
  • Travel: able and willing to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
