What you will do

• Maintain accurate financial records and manage accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor sales ledgers and act as the primary finance contact for customer accounts.
• Reconcile customer statements and incoming payments, resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare aged debtor reports and ensure compliance with bank sanctions regulations.
• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and assist with month-end/year-end closing.
• Support financial reporting, analysis, and audit preparations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Gibraltar.
• Proven accounting knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Sage).
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Mathematics and English.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• AAT Level 3 qualification.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
