What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, verifying documentation, ARR bookings, dates, and amounts in Salesforce.
• Manage the end-to-end revenue recognition cycle, including deferred revenue and unbilled accounts, in accordance with ASC 606 and US GAAP standards.
• Proactively chase customers for outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts, leading the collection activity.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accurate records.
• Register on vendor portals and upload invoices in line with customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain the KPI Report, tracking key financial performance indicators.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a finance operations, accounts receivable, or billing role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of invoicing processes, accounts receivable, and revenue operations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reconciliation, reporting, and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Familiarity with US sales tax regulations and VAT concepts.
