What you will do

• Own the end-to-end operational delivery of payment processing, ensuring reliable onboarding, processing, and settlements.
• Manage daily operations by monitoring processing accounts, transactions, payouts, and data consistency.
• Lead reconciliation processes between the company and banking partners to ensure accuracy of fees and balances.
• Act as an escalation point for operational issues, collaborating with banking partners and internal teams for resolution.
• Design and optimize operational workflows and automations to enhance scalability and efficiency.
• Provide data-driven insights, reports, and operational updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in online payments or relevant fintech roles.
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, reconciliation workflows, PSPs, or PayFac models.
• Strong analytical mindset with required proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex operational and technical issues across multiple systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
