What you will do

• Work with leaders to prioritize improvement projects linked to strategic Y-Tree priorities and create project hoppers.
• Apply statistical and Lean tools to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes for waste reduction and efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results connected to business priorities, handling uncertain outcomes.
• Coach Green Belts and high-potential employees in process improvement methodologies.
• Synthesize data into clear communications and maintain alignment with sponsors and process owners.
• Act as SE ambassador, promoting best practices and continuous improvement culture.

Requirements

• Continuous improvement mindset; Yellow/Green Belt certification or willingness to pursue.
• Project management experience with practical application across project phases.
• Experience in complex process improvement, team management (direct or matrix), and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, change management, coaching, communication, and analytical skills.
• Resilience in ambiguity, results orientation, and ability to drive change with data.
• Geographic scope global with travel to where work is done.

Nice to have

• MBA or consultancy experience.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of SLB (Smiths Leadership Behaviors).
