What you will do

• Define project scope and objectives into practical, executable, and measurable plans based on business priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and targets are met.
• Support Product Value Stream Industrialization for all new eBeam products, including Make & Install phases.
• Coordinate competence uplift and training strategies to support organization capacity ramp-up and NPI requirements.
• Promote lean leadership principles and continuous improvement using Six Sigma, G8D, and SPC.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor + experience) in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• 8–15 years of frontline supervisory or team leader experience in a plant manufacturing environment.
• 5–10 years of project management experience, preferably in New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Strong ability to analyze data and drive action with various stakeholders in a global organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Six Sigma & Lean methodologies.
