Decision Support & Analytics Trainee (Finance)

What you will do

• Perform daily sales gap analysis, investigate major variances, identify root causes, and initiate corrective actions with country finance teams.
• Upload actual data and perform allocations in TM1 based on country user requests submitted through the ticketing system or portal.
• Investigate data anomalies and gaps, follow up on corrective actions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Support forecast and budget setup and preparation through Q&A and regular planning touchpoints.
• Contribute to improvement projects and workshops, including transitions, rollouts, implementation, communication, and stakeholder change management.

Requirements

• Availability for 30 hours per week.
• Ongoing, active bachelor’s degree studies in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
• Basic knowledge of controlling and reporting processes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of SAP, TM1, or other systems is favorable but not mandatory.
