Sr Oracle Application Developer (Oracle Cloud): Designing and developing technical solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP and HCM) with an accent on RICE objects, API interfaces, and OCI technologies. Focus on implementing complex business requirements, optimizing bulk data loads, and providing technical leadership for application systems analysis.

Location: Hybrid (Irving, TX, United States) — onsite 2 days a week, 3 days remote

What you will do

• Design and develop technical solutions based on functional designs for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Build file and API-based interfaces between internal and external systems.
• Develop advanced UI and integration solutions using VBCS, APEX, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, unit test plans, and installation plans for new systems or enhancements.
• Create reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, and manage bulk data loads via FBDI and ADFDI.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and offer third-tier user support during installation.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of IT experience in analysis, design, development, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle ERP Cloud.
• Expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, iExpense, AP, FA, Cash Management, Payments) and HCM modules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, and database concepts.
• Experience with RICE objects, BPM approvals, VBCS, APEX, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast formulas, and OCI fundamentals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Coupa P2P and integration experience across requisition-to-pay workflows.
• Knowledge of FAIDP (previously FAW/FDI).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Application security for HCM and ERP.
• Knowledge of encryption and security standards in file and API communication.
