What you will do

• Analyze and document business requirements by partnering with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions via configuration, reporting, and enhancements.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for operational visibility.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability through validation and troubleshooting.
• Participate in testing activities including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Provide day-to-day user support and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain documentation for requirements, processes, and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce analyst.
• Salesforce Admin certification strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
