Salary: $110,240 - $181,896 annually

What you will do

• Generate standard and ad hoc reports, design custom CCL reports, set up operational jobs, and integrate data to enterprise analytics platforms.
• Analyze requirements to design and develop solutions for system performance, data, and architecture issues.
• Work independently on complex project and operational support activities, acting as a technical resource for others.
• Handle customer service, enhancement requests, and tickets for internal users, vendors, and peers.
• Participate in performance improvement, innovation, and business transformation using Cerner reporting and CCL logic.
• Lead small/medium projects, facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and train new staff and customers on systems.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in related field (or combined 9 years relevant experience if no degree)
• 5 years relevant experience; 3 years in IS healthcare setting; 1 year Cerner Data Modeling
• Good organization skills to prioritize in rapidly changing environment
• Strong customer service focus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) required within 30 days of hire

Nice to have

• CCL experience; familiarity with Discern/PowerInsight
• Consulting or Project Management experience
