What you will do

• Design and maintain architecture of internal AI products including prompt libraries, context layers, and vertical-specific templates.
• Establish prompt design standards and build new libraries using repeatable methodologies.
• Identify AI improvement opportunities across sales, recruitment, support, and back-office operations.
• Onboard teams and clients to AI tooling, configure prompts, and train users.
• Build and maintain CRM workflows for sales pipelines and operational handoffs.
• Partner on AI strategy, prioritization, and commercialization including sales collateral.

Requirements

• Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.
• 3+ years in process design, client implementation, or product work (recruitment, customer success, sales engineering, consulting, operations).
• Hands-on fluency with LLM prompt engineering: structuring context, designing prompts, debugging outputs.
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce): workflows, properties, pipelines.
• Comfortable with technical tooling: scripted document generation, basic data work.
• Strong written communication for client emails, sales decks, playbooks; self-directed operator.
