What you will do

• Design and oversee end-to-end AI architectures, including data pipelines and model orchestration.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies to optimize performance, cost, and latency.
• Architect robust frameworks for RAG, agentic workflows, and fine-tuning strategies.
• Establish best practices for MLOps and LLMOps to ensure seamless CI/CD for AI models.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into high-impact AI features.
• Implement security protocols and ethical guardrails for data privacy and bias mitigation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience specifically focused on deploying AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep proficiency in Generative AI, Vector Databases, and framework orchestration like LangChain.
• Expert-level coding skills in Python and familiarity with backend stacks like C#/.NET, Go, or Java.
• Mastery of cloud-native AI services in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Advanced English proficiency (fluent verbal and written communication).
• Experience with large-scale data processing and storage systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and MLflow.
• Strong understanding of Transformer architectures and neural network design.
• Experience with AI-specific security threats like prompt injection.
• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
