Senior Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Own the post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion with an accent on driving engagement, value realization, and growth. Focus on leading business reviews, building success plans, translating product capabilities into ROI, and using data and feedback to mitigate risks and shape strategies.

Location: Remote - Atlanta, GA; Nashville, TN or Philadelphia, PA regions strongly preferred; other regions considered. Open to travel up to 20%.

What you will do

  • Own post-sale lifecycle for accounts: onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion.
  • Serve as primary customer contact, drive engagement and health reporting.
  • Deliver best-practice enablement, lead business reviews, align on priorities.
  • Build and execute success plans to hit KPIs like NPS and references.
  • Monitor usage and outcomes to shape strategy, translate capabilities to value and ROI.
  • Partner across functions to bring Voice of the Customer to the business.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to grasp technical product concepts.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, relationship skills; manage priorities and conflicts.
  • Experience building trusted partnerships at various levels using data-driven discussions.
  • Professionally assertive, customer-focused problem solver.
  • Open to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

  • Healthcare tech industry experience.
  • Familiarity with post-acute providers (Home Health, Hospice, SNF).
  • Healthcare claims data analysis.
  • Data integrations exposure.
