Salary: 170,000 - 200,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own core user journeys for engagement by designing and iterating features that drive retention and community impact
• Define product strategy to boost user-generated content, stickiness, and value for patients
• Set success metrics, monitor impact, and drive continuous improvement through experimentation
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to ship features weekly
• Champion user insights via research, experimentation, and dogfooding
• Mentor teammates and shape high-performance culture in a team of 3 PMs

Requirements

• Experience as Product Manager shipping consumer products; healthcare/community (LinkedIn, Reddit) a plus
• Comfort with hybrid work in San Francisco and US work authorization
• Strategic executor who sets bold goals, prioritizes, and ships from vision to features
• Data-driven with analytics and experimentation tools (Maze, VWO)
• User-obsessed with empathy and user-centric design
• Experience shipping personalized features or eagerness to learn; GenAI enthusiasm
• Strong collaboration, influence, crisp communication, and growth mindset
