What you will do

• Develop comprehensive campaign measurement plans, KPIs, and benchmarks for performance tracking
• Leverage third-party data and AI-driven analytics (predictive modeling, anomaly detection) to monitor trends and identify optimization opportunities
• Collate data across brands to forecast performance and build scalable AI-assisted frameworks
• Deliver monthly insights, data visualizations, and narratives to internal teams
• Compile performance data for RFPs and lead client calls with data-backed strategies
• Establish processes for check-ins, reviews, and automated reporting

Requirements

• Background in business, bioscience, marketing, economics, or data science
• 5+ years in media or data analytics in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
• Strong analytical mindset with large datasets and AI/ML tools (predictive modeling, NLP, anomaly detection)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau for visualization and storytelling
• Experience with automated dashboards, statistical methods, forecasting
• Excellent communication to translate analyses into business insights and lead discussions

Nice to have

• Experience assessing pharma media performance
• Familiarity with Crossix, IQVIA, Symphony, Comscore
• AI assistants, prompt engineering, LLMs for analytics
• Basic Python, SQL for advanced analytics
