Senior Data Scientist (ML): Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining advanced analytics software for edge solutions from complex high-dimensional datasets with an accent on statistical techniques, predictive models, and AI/ML algorithms. What you will do

• Lead design, development, and implementation of statistical techniques and ML algorithms.
• Write clean code, test against benchmarks, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and DevSecOps to integrate algorithms into software architectures.
• Incorporate prototypes into products and provide guidelines for large-scale implementation.
• Research AI/ML applications, align efforts with development and government teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists, prepare documentation, and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science; US Citizen with active or eligible U.S. national security clearance.
• Experience with system performance and time series data analysis.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, statistical analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection.
• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Grafana).
• ML fundamentals, strong problem-solving, communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD models, ML algorithms (classification, regression, etc.), stream processing.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka.
• Aerospace and defense industry knowledge.
