What you will do

• Collaborate with Product teams to translate business objectives into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop predictive models and analytical tools to analyze product usage and customer behaviors.
• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and measure the effectiveness of features and strategies.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Management to integrate insights into products, driving continuous innovation.
• Present findings to executives to inform strategic decision-making and shape product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and reliability for analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in a software technology or AI-driven company.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying large datasets and expertise in Python and R for analysis and visualization.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and data science techniques.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS business models.
• Ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
