What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the supporter database and manage a small specialist team.
  • Ensure supporter data is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose across the organization.
  • Oversee data quality, imports, integrations, and financial reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with Fundraising, Finance, and Digital, Data and Technology teams to support fundraising and campaigning.
  • Continuously improve operational processes within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience as a supporter or customer database professional or a CRM specialist.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a small team.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence working across various systems, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to work hybridly in London, UK.
