What you will do

• Act as the primary owner and administrator for Gainsight (CS Edition), ensuring platform reliability and data integrity.
• Design and maintain Rules Engine jobs, CTAs, Playbooks, and Success Plans to automate CS workflows.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track health, adoption, engagement, renewals, and churn.
• Partner with Salesforce admins and IT to manage integrations, syncs, and schema changes.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, Marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and execute platform improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Systems Administration, or RevOps.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight administration.
• Expertise in Rules Engine, C360, Scorecards, and Gainsight reporting.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and integrations.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight PX for product usage tracking.
• Proficiency with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience supporting Digital CS / Tech-Touch motions.
