What you will do

• Implement and develop Group HSEQ programs, standards, and tools for effective application across segments and countries
• Translate requirements into practical guidance and support operational teams with systems, processes, and digital solutions
• Identify risks, trends, and best practices to scale globally
• Analyze HSEQ KPIs, audit results, and incident data to inform leadership decisions
• Strengthen safety culture through behavior-based safety and workforce engagement
• Support rollout of digital HSEQ solutions, global training, communication, and ISO management systems

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Several years of experience in HSEQ roles in industrial, engineering, or energy sectors; multi-country experience
• Chartered in HSEQ with lead auditor qualification
• Experience managing ISO systems and external audits in global matrix structure
• Fluent English required; German a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally

Nice to have

• Experience in Oil & Gas or Nuclear sector
• Experience with behavior-based safety and safety culture development
