What you will do

• Lead strategic clinical and research collaborations post-funding, ensuring alignment and scientific progress across partners
• Manage multi-partner projects and consortia, handling milestones, deliverables, agreements, and stakeholder communication
• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using tools like Jira, emphasizing high-impact scientific outcomes
• Translate complex imaging science into materials for scientific, clinical, commercial, and funding audiences (publications, abstracts, conferences)
• Coordinate input from cross-functional teams (FAS, Product, Marketing) and external partners
• Drive scientific programs and community initiatives like workshops and collaborative networks

Requirements

• PhD in Medical Physics or related field
• Strong experience managing complex projects and multi-stakeholder collaborations
• Ability to lead initiatives independently under tight deadlines
• Experience in cross-functional or Agile environments
• Proactive, organized communicator with customer-oriented mindset
• Strong track record in scientific writing
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperpolarized 13C MR imaging
• German language skills
• Familiarity with grant funding landscapes (e.g., NIH, EU programs)
