What you will do

• Own the end-to-end launch strategy, including planning, sequencing workstreams, and milestone tracking.
• Establish the operational foundation, including legal entity setup, billing, tax structures, and data compliance.
• Lead the regulatory entry process, mapping authorizations and building relationships with in-country regulators.
• Coordinate across internal supply, commercial, legal, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Serve as the local face of the company to regulators, partners, and stakeholders during the launch phase.
• Build and document the market playbook to optimize future global expansions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a high-growth tech company (ideally fintech, payments, or telecom).
• Proven track record of owning a market, country, or product launch from zero to operational.
• Direct experience operating across multiple countries or jurisdictions.
• Fluent in German.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel complex workstreams (regulatory, technical, commercial) without delays.
