What you will do

• Own and drive logistics performance KPIs like OTIF, ensure data-driven problem solving, and establish performance dialogues with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Assess and secure supplier capacity, flexibility, and cycle time optimization across multi-tier supply chains to meet hirify.global demand changes.
• Proactively identify logistics risks in n-tier supply chains, drive mitigation plans, and resolve recurring issues by addressing root causes.
• Lead supplier-related logistics escalations, ensuring fast containment and cross-functional alignment.
• Support NPI, supply chain transfers, and lifecycle management to secure on-time capability and volume readiness.
• Drive supplier repair performance and represent hirify.global to influence senior supplier management for long-term resilience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration, or related (Bachelor’s with extensive experience considered).
• 10–15 years in supply chain/logistics/operations in high-tech, low-volume, complex environments.
• Proven supplier management experience, including senior stakeholder influence and performance improvements.
• Strong background in production supply chain processes: planning, delivery performance, lead-time reduction.
• Demonstrated leadership in escalations, risk mitigation, cross-functional alignment, and project/program management.
• Fluent in English; experience with multi-tier supply chains strongly preferred.
