What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact between hirify.global SCM and external manufacturing foundry partners.
• Safeguard supply chain processes and drive automation to minimize manual intervention.
• Collaborate with Business Groups and Global Business Planning to ensure capacity loading and RFF targets are met.
• Lead S&OP reviews and drive gap closure activities with subcontractors.
• Conduct regular operational KPI reviews, including output, yield, and cycle time, to identify and resolve root causes.
• Monitor supplier engagement and review contractual terms to ensure supply excellence.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in subcontractor management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or O9 systems.
