What you will do

• Execute and manage paid media campaigns across paid search, shopping, display, and paid social.
• Develop and implement holistic account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Conduct daily analysis using reporting and trend tools to communicate results to stakeholders.
• Handle campaign setup, including keyword and audience development, ad copy creation, and bid management.
• Oversee tactical execution, perform campaign audits, and lead weekly client calls.
• Support leadership in new business audits, pitches, and RFPs to acquire new clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media.
• Proficiency with Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or Snapchat Ads Managers.
• Proven experience managing monthly campaign budgets of $60k+.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Experience with Google Analytics and client management.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce experience.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Prior agency experience.
