Location: Hybrid/London (3 days onsite)

Salary: £150 – £180 per day (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Provide BAU 1st line IT support, managing tickets and resolving user issues efficiently.
• Deliver face-to-face and remote support to internal staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct daily system checks to ensure ongoing operational stability.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user access issues.
• Support laptop, mobile, and basic AV/meeting room setups.
• Escalate complex infrastructure issues to specialist teams where required.

Requirements

• Strong Windows and Microsoft 365 support experience (Intune, Azure AD beneficial).
• Proven experience in 1st/2nd line IT support with a focus on BAU.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
• Proficiency in hardware support for laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Basic AV and meeting room technology troubleshooting skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London 3 days per week.
