What you will do

• Scan for new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline of growth ideas.
• Lead the end-to-end deal process, including outreach, pitching, negotiation, and closing commercial terms.
• Drive discovery and early-stage validation of new growth bets through pilots and MVP launches.
• Own and optimize the performance of key partnerships using data-driven metrics such as volume, revenue, and CAC.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of deals.
• Contribute to the overall growth strategy and build business cases for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategy consulting, or venture growth roles.
• Proven track record of launching new initiatives (markets, products, channels) and owning growth metrics.
• Industry exposure to SME lending, fintech, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems like payments and marketplaces.
• Strong competencies in commercial judgment, structured problem solving, and deal-making.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into concrete execution plans with a strong execution bias.
• Fluency in data and high-level communication skills.
